7:00 am – 11:00 am Registration for Road Atlanta Test Day; SCCA weekend & Express Tech
7:00 am – 9:00 pm Road Atlanta gates are open for Paddock Move-In
8:30 am Drivers’ Meeting for Road Atlanta Test Day
9:00 am (approx) Road Atlanta Test Day begins
5:30 pm – 8:30 pm SCCA Driver, Crew, Guest and Race Staff Registration opens
7:00 pm – 8:30 pm Late Registration open.
7:00 pm – 8:45 pm Tech Inspection open. Those with current Annual Tech can bring log book only

SAT, July 16, 2011 NOTE: When two Groups are listed for qualifying, each Group will have half the time for
exclusive use of the track. Clean up will be after the second Group. Any stranded cars from
the initial Group will be covered by the appropriate flag(s) for the following session.
7:00 am – 1:00 pm Driver, Crew, Guest and Race Staff Registration
7:15 am Corner Marshal meeting at the bridge. All Race Staff report to stations

– 30 minutes after last Qualifier
Tech Inspection open (those with current Annual Tech can bring log book only).
Scales Open after initial rush. Priority will be given to Impounded cars.
7:50 am Group 1 cars may proceed to grid quietly (no revving of race engines)
8:00 am Green Course
40 Minute Qualifying Groups 1 & 2 (20 minutes each group)
40 Minute Qualifying Groups 3 & 4 (20 minutes each group)
40 Minute Qualifying Groups 5 & 6/7 (20 minutes each group)
11:00 am – 12:00 pm (approx) Lunch; Mandatory Drivers’ Meeting in the Chalet 10 minutes after start of the lunch break
11:15 pm – 11:45 pm (approx) Spectator Track Tours as time permits – details to be posted and announced at the event
($20 donation to the Worker Reimbursement Fund will be collected)
12:00 pm (approx) 15 lap (or 30 minute) SARRC Race, Group 5a
15 lap (or 30 minute) SARRC Races, Group 1 thru 4, then 5b
90/45 Minute Race Groups 6&7 (ECR/Pro-IT #1 concurrently)
30 minutes after shut down “Worker” PDX Drivers & Instructors mtg. and Tech at the Media Center
45 minutes after shut down Cook-out, Social, Susan G. Komen “festivities” & Atlanta Region Membership meeting at
the Chalet. ALL participants are invited.
