Q: How will my digital tickets be delivered so that I can redeem them at the gates?
A: Tickets are delivered to your Ticketmaster account via the Ticketmaster or NASCAR Tracks app after purchase. From there, they can be saved to your Wallet or viewed in the app for presentation at the gate. It is advised to download the ticket. Once at the gate, the ticket booths will scan your ticket and give you a wristband, which is valid for your entire visit and must be left on. Please be advised that screenshots of the tickets will not work at the gate for scanning purposes.

Q: Do I get issued a new wristband at the gate each day?
A: No. The wristband you receive the first time you enter the gates is good for your entire visit, so please leave it on for the duration of the event. There will be a charge for new wristbands if lost or damaged.

Q: I purchased my tickets through Ticketmaster instead of through the Ticketmaster Account Manager. How can I add the tickets to my wallet?

Q: What’s the difference between purchasing through Ticketmaster.com versus the Ticketmaster account manager (am.ticketmaster)?
A: Account Manager is where customers can manage their tickets purchased directly from Michelin Raceway, such as renewals and RV parking, as well as pay invoices and purchase packages and tickets not available on Ticketmaster.com, such as Podium Club, the Drift Atlanta parking bundle, and golf cart passes.

Ticketmaster.com is where the general public can buy individual tickets and parking (non-renewals) to Michelin Raceway events. Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com are only manageable there and not on the user’s Account Manager site.

Q: Where will non-reserved RV and tent camping be located?
A:Non-reserved RV and tent camping will be available at Turn 3 family camping, Turn 8, Turn 9 and Turn 10 inside the track in designated areas on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review this map for further detail on non-reserved camping.

Q: How will non-reserved tent spaces vs non-reserved RV spaces be differentiated?
A:In order to utilize a non-reserved RV pass versus a non-reserved tent pass, you must be bringing in a self-sufficient RV that has a bathroom with running water with gray and black water tanks. The non-reserved RV camping spaces will all be marked with white painted lines and will show how much space is available.

Q: What about a military discount on four-day tickets?
A:Pricing on these tickets and their availability will be announced at a later date.

Q: If I’m planning to camp, what additional passes do I need?
A: All campers need a gate admission ticket (1-day, 2-day or 4-day), plus a camping pass for your vehicle. If you’re tent camping, this means you’d need a gate admission plus a non-reserved tent camping pass, which covers your vehicle. Additional campers in your group just need the admission ticket. If you’re RV camping, each person in your group needs a gate admission ticket, plus a reserved or non-reserved RV camping pass for your RV. Additional cars would each need a parking pass and would need to stay within the associated camping area.

Q: Who can park in daytime parking lots?
A:Anyone with an infield parking pass can park in these lots (Turn 3, Turn 9, Spectator Hill). There is no overnight camping or overnight parking allowed in these daytime lots.

Q: Can I set up my RV in a tent camping space with just a tent camping pass?
A:No. Tent camping spaces are for tents or pop-up campers only and should not be occupied by RVs with a bathroom. This will be enforced.

Q: How do you classify an RV, which is allowed in a reserved RV space or non-reserved RV space only?
A:An RV must have an included bathroom and gray and black water tanks.

Q: Where can I park for free?
A: There is free parking available at Caffeine & Octane Lanier Raceway across the street from the track, and also beyond registration. Both of these locations have free shuttles running to various locations inside the track.

Q: What is included in a Podium Club Ticket?
A: The Podium Club is an all-inclusive hospitality on the first floor of the Michelin Tower, available for Motul Petit Le Mans weekend. It’s the ideal space to take a break and indulge with food and drink in a comfortable, climate-controlled setting with viewing of the front straight, infield paddock, pit lane and live race coverage, as well as many other perks. Q: What are Car Corral Passes and who can purchase them?
A: Car corral passes to many of the corrals are available to the public and are specific to the manufacturers represented, meaning that a vehicle of the brand or make designated for that corral is the only one that may park there using that pass. If a guest wants to park in a certain corral, a vehicle of that brand must be the one that’s brought to the event. For example, only Porsches can park in the Porsche corral and only Corvettes may be parked in the Corvette Corral, using the purchased parking passes. The various car corrals around the property each comes with their own amenities, which vary. Some corrals are available by invitation only.

Q: Why can I no longer bring my unlicensed ATV or UTV to Motul Petit Le Mans?
A:Traffic at Motul Petit Le Mans has continued to grow over the years and as safety is our top priority, unlicensed ATVs and UTVs have joined the prohibited list. These have become a hazard for our pedestrian guests and will thus no longer be allowed at Motul Petit Le Mans.
