Shipping to the Track:

Packages or mail sent to the circuit can be picked up in Garage Bays 10/11/12 during major spectator events, or at the administrative building located outside and to the left of the main gate for non-spectator events. The administrative building is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm. You have 30 days to claim your package from date of delivery.

NOTE:

Freight Services at the circuit must require a liftgate service to drop off/load at the track. Any freight services without a liftgate will be refused and will be rescheduled with a liftgate service.

All HAZMAT Freight must be noted on Bills and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) attached to the freight.

Bill of Lading required on the shipment & attached to the freight.
